First Discoveries Christian Preschool​​

​Keep your little one home if they are exhibiting any symptoms or are not feeling well. Notify the school right away please.

They have Cold Symptoms, w/negative COVID test: Stay home until all symptoms are gone for at least 24 hours & upload a negative test above.

Close contact to a positive COVID case: No need to quarantine, as long as, they wear a surgical mask for 5 days and test on day 1, 3 and 5. Alternatively, stay home for 5 days and upload a negative test on day 5.

Student tests positive to COVID: Stay home until they test negative and symptoms have been gone for at least 24 hours. If negative on day 5 they may return, as long as, they wear a surgical mask for 5 more days. Alternatively, stay home for 10 days and upload a negative test on day 5.

Day 0 is first day of symptoms or day of positive test with no symptoms. Symptoms we look for: congestion, fever, cough, shortness of breath, trouble breathing, chills, night sweats, sore throat, muscle/body aches, loss of taste or smell, headache, confusion, vomiting, & diarrhea.
